A Design for un-living, work in progress

Inception

After a months of binging on theoretical physics, ideas began to pop into existence. Here I was exploring dimensionality and misalignment with miscommunication between dimensions.

In the making it became and engagement with tension, torsion and balance.

This came from thoughts on constraint, working with a more rigid form.

Scaling up & evolving

Now four times the original models although still some way to go. The process of sculpting has become one of grappling with the elements, a struggle.

The aim is to create a sculptural installation in an imagined landscape.
